A group of Belgian Saab enthusiasts were recently given the chance to experience first-hand the full driving capabilities of their Saab Convertibles, as they were put through their paces on a race track by the world-famous Saab Performance Team.
As part of an international racing event that took place over four days at the Circuit de Spa in Francorchamps, 60 Convertible owners and their invited guests first gathered in nearby Stavelot for a morning of cultural activities and a visit to the town’s classic car museum. Then, following a police escort to the race circuit, guests witnessed a breathtaking display from the Saab Performance Team, before each of the 60 Convertibles and their owners took to the track themselves for a lap of their own, with each car piloted by a performance team driver.
